This is a very nice display case that presents signed footballs very well. The mirror on the back is an added bonus that helps enhance the image of the case on a shelf. The vendor ships it very well, with multiple layers of protection, so the item arrives without cracks or other defects.
The only flaw with the design is that it doesn't fully seal around the football. Rather, it's just a stand (the bottom part with the football holder in black) that an acrylic box covers without anything to hold it in place other than gravity. Given that there's a bit of spacing, the case actually can move around a bit. In addition, since it's not fully sealed, the chance for dust to get in is very real and present.
All in all though, if you don't mind cleaning it up from time to time and place it out of reach of children or pets who might move it around, it's a pretty good display case.

I received an autographed football and was looking at options for displaying it on the shelf in our media room. I looked locally and online and found this one to be $60 cheaper than most comparable ones. I was able to fit an autographed football card (same player obviously) in with the football for a very nice display. If you're looking for a good value on something that's a step above simple and just below 'over the top' then this is your display case.

My nephew liked it and it served the purpose of displaying the Dan Marino Hall of Fame Football I gave him for a previous year's bitthday, but the super deluxe display case I really wanted would not ship to Hawaii.
