 Good display box, bad product packaging and arrived damaged...twice.Apr 23, 2012

This display box was exactly what I was looking for. It will do a fine job of protecting whatever you choose to put
inside from dust and dirt. The bad news is, I ordered two of them and one arrived badly damaged. Amazon sent me a
replacement, but that also arrived damaged. It looks like the damage occurred before the items were shipped to me,
because both broken items had dents in the product packaging on a corner as if they had been dropped and there was
no obvious damage to the shipping containers. I could understand getting a bad one once, but twice? That should
never have happened. In my opinion, the manufacturer should do a better job of packaging these things because they are fragile. Put some styrofoam in the boxes to protect them. I would gladly give the display boxes a 5-star rating if they weren't broken, but this has been a terrible purchase experience.

If you're getting this for a mini hockey helmet don't bother because it doesn't fit even thought the description claims it will.

I ordered 5 of these as 2 separate orders. They all arrived in perfect condition. Mini helmets fit perfectly. Will order more if needed without hesitation.

I bought two of these to display a mini helmet and an autographed mini football. It is made for mini helmets, so that one fit perfectly, but I found it to be a little larger than you'd want for a mini football. However, I'm going to try to add a divider and be able to put two footballs in the case stacked vertically. It also looks like it could fit most bobble-heads, as two of the three I own would be short enough to fit.
The case is made of two identical U-shaped pieces which slide into each other to form the box. It works pretty well for the most part, but if you take the two pieces apart completely it could take you a little while to slide them back together.
I would definitely suggest these cases to anyone looking to display a mini helmet or even a mini football or bobble-head, especially since you can't beat the price anywhere.
