I am originally from NY and have dedicated a room in my home to all my NY memories. This was the last puzzle I needed to complete my NY room. When we put the puzzle all together, we were missing one piece right in the middle. I notified Amazon and within 2 days we had a new puzzle. We were able to just pull out the piece we needed instead of having to redo the whole puzzle. That was really great as they gave us time to return the rest. I got my shipping credit returned to my account immediately. I will always buy from Amazon as their service was amazing and fast. Thank you so much, Amazon!!! Sincerely a very satisfied customer.
